What features does your project implement?

Features such as the cars, rain, background color, design on the street, opacity of building designs, and the color of the building designs change based off of the X and Y coordinate of the mouse creating an interactive art piece

What challenges did you overcome in your project?

The biggest challenge I faced was trying to find new and creative ideas. A lot of my coding was made with simple skills like making rectangles and quads so I wanted to find new and unique ways to do things. What I found was using random functions for flickering opacity and using the left to right along the Y and X axis got me flickering signs, flying cars, and rain in my project
